Payment options

The prices of all the medications are quoted in USD. We accept payments through VISA, Pay by Voucher (Master Card), and other options that are listed at check-out. We also welcome payments over the phone. Our customer support team is available 24 hours.

You can also use a virtual VISA gift card or Prepaid VISA card to make payments. We do, however, strongly advise you to use your personal card because transactions using prepaid cards are often declined. To verify the credibility of our pharmacy, you can look us up in forums and you will clearly see that we have a perfect track record and have never had any payment concerns when you use your own credit card with us.

If you are using a prepaid card for payment, please make sure that the card is personalized and approved for international transactions. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and strict action will be taken against individuals who carry out such transactions. Your personal details will be shared in forums and with the International Payment Processer Association's consumer fraud list (IPPA) as well as with Acuitytec.

Are generic drugs the same as what I get from my local pharmacy?

Yes, generic drugs contain the exact same active ingredient as the brand name at your local pharmacy and the effect is the same. Generic drugs carry a different brand name. These brand names are often well-established in other countries.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as our pharmacy has not processed it. Please inform us at the earliest by email or phone to cancel your order.

We will refund your money and we do not levy any cancellation fee. If you made the payment through your credit card, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for the bank to refund the money.

However, once the  product has been dispatched from our pharmacy, your order cannot be cancelled and your money will not be refunded.

Can I get an invoice for insurance claim?

Yes, you can download the invoice at Allontraceptives.com. Simply "Sign Up" when you make a purchase and then go to "My Account" and select the order and invoice you require. The system will save your orders and you can always log in and check your earlier orders and other details related to your purchase.

Can I order drugs not listed at your web-shop?

Do I need a prescription?

Our patients are advised to consult their doctor or health care provider before ordering any medicine at Allconraceptives.com.
We are aware that doctors receive an undisclosed fee from the big pharma companies for prescribing and recommending their drugs. This naturally makes them biased towards generic drugs. However, your doctor is well aware of the cheaper generic drugs that are available in the market and likely to confirm that our brands are of the highest standards and a safe alternative. If your country/ state requires you to have a valid Rx then you must obtain this prior ordering medications from our pharmacy to ensure that you do not break the law.
You must send us l us your prescription to info@allcontraceptives.com before your order can be dispatched. Our pharmacist will be pleased to review your medical record. We not only check for potential drug interactions but we also evaluate the appropriateness of the medication for your illness. Please inform us about all medications you take (both Rx and OTC) as well as any supplements and herbal remedies. Kindly also state the illnesses you are currently being treated for. This service is free of charge.

Is it legal to import drugs?

Canadian Online Pharmacies have made significant joint efforts to influence Congress towards allowing American citizens to order drugs from outside USA. As a result, the FDA states that while it is technically illegal to import drugs, they do, however, allow importation of non-scheduled (non-controlled) drugs for personal consumption for up to 3 months usage. If a parcel is seized by the customs, they will request a valid doctor’s prescription to verify if the drugs are non-scheduled. If these requirements are met, they will release the parcel without any issues. If not, they will return the parcel to our distribution center.
It is rare that a parcel is seized and there is no known case of an American citizen being charged with buying non-scheduled drugs from an international online pharmacy for personal consumption.

Is there any VISA card transaction fees?

Allcontraceptives.com does NOT levy and transaction charges. However, since our bank is located in China, your bank might charge you a foreign exchange fee, this fees should not exceed 1-3 % to the total order value.

Shipping time

The delivery time depends on your country of residence. The shipping time period may vary slightly but the standard delivery time for most products is approximately 8-21 working days, depending on the shipping method. About 2-4 days after you place your order with the pharmacy, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking number of your package and other details about how and where to track your shipment.

If the postman delivers your package while you are away, please visit your local post office to collect the parcel. You have 1 week from the attempted delivery date before they return the parcel to us.

Many countries do not update the shipping status until the parcel has been delivered. In such cases, you can typically view only the dispatch details online. When you receive the email with the tracking number from us, it means that your order has been shipped from our end. We kindly request you to patiently await the parcel as we cannot influence the postal service to hasten the delivery of the parcel.

  • EMS speed post to Australia, USA and UK, USD 30 (delivery within 8-15 working days)

What is the difference between controlled and non-controlled drugs?

There are both non-controlled drugs and controlled drugs for which a doctor’s prescription is required.
Controlled drugs or scheduled drugs are generally classified as addictive drugs, drugs that can be misused, or drugs that are dangerous to health. These are illegal to import without proper documentation, irrespective of whether it is for wholesales or for personal consumption. We do not under any circumstances offer controlled drugs.

Why was my Credit Card transaction declined?

(1) Your bank does not authorize international transactions
Please call your bank and request them to clear the transaction and permit international transactions for your card. They can fix this issue within a few minutes and then you can place the order again.
 
(2) Inaccurate details entered at checkout   
You must enter your name and home address exactly as per your credit card details with your bank. (Bank statement) Any discrepancy in the details may result in a declined transaction. Further, the post code/ zip code has to be entered accurately without the use of special characters such as %() - “ * : , < _ @ / .
Please verify your details and place the order again.
 
(3) P.O. Address
Your VISA transaction may be declined if you have entered a PO address instead of your home address.
