The delivery time depends on your country of residence. The shipping time period may vary slightly but the standard delivery time for most products is approximately 8-21 working days, depending on the shipping method. About 2-4 days after you place your order with the pharmacy, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking number of your package and other details about how and where to track your shipment.

If the postman delivers your package while you are away, please visit your local post office to collect the parcel. You have 1 week from the attempted delivery date before they return the parcel to us.

When you receive the email with the tracking number from us, it means that your order has been shipped from our end. Please call your bank and request them to clear the transaction and permit international transactions for your card. They can fix this issue within a few minutes and then you can place the order again.
 
(2) Inaccurate details entered at checkout   
You must enter your name and home address exactly as per your credit card details with your bank. (Bank statement) Any discrepancy in the details may result in a declined transaction. Further, the post code/ zip code has to be entered accurately without the use of special characters such as %() - “ * : , < _ @ / .

Your VISA transaction may be declined if you have entered a PO address instead of your home address.
